Marcus Malbec
Composition: Varietal 100%
Origin: Own vineyards in General Roca, Upper Valley of Rio Negro, Patagonia.
Harvest: harvested manually, in 20 kg cans, during the first week of April.
Yield: 12,000 Kg/hectare.
Elaboration: Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (25 ° to 27 º C) in cement vessels of 9,000 Lts capacity for a period of 12 days with periodic reassembly and Delestage. Malolactic Fermentation finished
The wine is in aging and conservation until the time of bottling. Period of storage in bottle for 3 months before marketing.

Tasting notes: Intense red color with violet tints, and notes of small red fruits
From the Patagonian Cordillera (almost, raspberry, plum, mint). Mouth is well balanced, with soft tannins, velvety and very fruity, young.

Yield: 10,000 Kg per Ha of each variety.

Marcus Sauvignon Blanc
Composition: Varietal 100%
Origin: Own vineyards in General Roca, Upper Valley of Rio Negro, Patagonia.
Harvest: First week of March. Manual.
Performance : 12,000 Kg/hectare.
Elaboration: To obtain the juice a bucher pneumatic press is used and the applied technique is the one of reductive fermentation, in stainless steel tanks and at controlled temperature (no greater than 16 º C). The fermented wine is kept on fine wipes, then it is racked to another tank where it stabilizes it at low temperatures, to finally bottle it in mid-July.
Save: 3 years.
Tasting notes: Light greenish yellow Color. Intense, very fruity, mango, maracuya, pineapple. Flavor: mouth has an impressive entrance, it presents soft, sweet, harmonic. Balanced acidity, ample. Long end. It has marked varietal tipicity. A great exponent of the Sauvignon Blanc of the Argentinian Patagonia.
Pairing: Fish and shellfish from the Patagonian Atlantic coast.
